[h=2][/h] Start working by creating a new document ([B]Ctrl+N[/B]) in [B]Adobe Photoshop[/B] with the size [B]1920px[/B] by [B]1200px[/B] ([B]RGB[/B] color mode) at a resolution of [B]72 pixels/inch[/B]. Use the [B]Paint Bucket Tool (G)[/B] to fill with [B]#01431F[/B] color the [B]new background layer[/B].

Create a new layer[/B] and select the [B]Soft Round[/B] brush from [B]Brush Tool (B)[/B], set [B]Foreground color[/B] to [B]#00C962[/B], go to [B]Options bar[/B] and set [B]Opacity[/B] to [B]15%[/B].

Use this brush to paint the background as shown:

[B]Create a new layer[/B] and choose the [B]Hard Round[/B] brush.

Use this brush to represent many small circles of different [B]Brush Size[/B] and different [B]Opacity[/B] value for brush. The circles’ color is [B]#00D086[/B] (brush [B]Opacity – 15%[/B]).

On the next [B]new layer[/B] we’ll use the earlier mentioned brush to continue drawing the circles. Their color is [B]#00FFD9[/B] (brush [B]Opacity – 15%[/B]). Draw the circles using different [B]Brush Size[/B] and different [B]Opacity[/B] value for brush.

Set [B]Fill[/B] to [B]47%[/B] for this layer and change the [B]Blending mode[/B] to [B]Lighter Color[/B].

[B]Create a new layer[/B] again and select the [B]Hard Round[/B] brush to continue representing the circles of different diameters on the background.

Their color is [B]#687F62[/B] (brush [B]Opacity – 80%[/B]). Their [B]Opacity[/B] value is also different.

Set [B]Fill[/B] to [B]27%[/B] for this layer and change the [B]Blending mode[/B] to [B]Screen[/B].

Copy the brushes file to [B]C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop X\Presets\Brushes[/B] folder ([B]Adobe Photoshop X[/B] been your version of Photoshop).
[B]Create a new layer[/B] and load the downloaded brushes, select the next brushes from [B]light_brushes_2[/B] set:

Use this brushes to draw many small stars of [B]white[/B] color.

Set the [B]Blending mode[/B] for this layer to [B]Hard Mix[/B].

[B]Create a new layer[/B] and use on it the downloaded brush to continue representing the small stars of [B]white[/B] color too.

On the next [B]new layer[/B] we’ll select the [B]Soft Round[/B] brush of [B]white[/B] color, set [B]Opacity[/B] to [B]15%[/B] in [B]Options bar[/B].

Use this brush to paint the background as shown.

Set the [B]Blending mode[/B] for this layer to [B]Linear Light[/B].

Next we’ll represent a star, select the [B]Polygon Tool (U)[/B], go to [B]Options bar[/B] and click on [B]Polygon Options[/B]. Set [B]Radius – 110px[/B], [B]Indent Sides by – 42%[/B] and check the [B]Smooth Corners[/B], [B]Star[/B], [B]Smooth Indents[/B]. Also set in [B]Options bar[/B] the [B]Sides – 5[/B]

Click and drag to draw the star shape.

Using the [B]Convert Point Tool[/B], we may convert a smooth point to a corner point without direction lines as shown:

Click on [B]Add a layer style[/B] icon from bottom part of the [B]Layers panel[/B] and select [B]Gradient Overlay[/B].

Click in the [B]color bar[/B] to open the [B]Gradient Editor[/B] and set the [B]color stops[/B] as shown. Click [B]OK[/B] to close the [B]Gradient Editor[/B] dialog box.

Add [B]Satin[/B]:

Make a copy of the recently made layer (removing the Layer’s styles out of the copy). Select after that the [B]Free Transform (Ctrl+T)[/B] command, set [B]Maintain Aspect Ratio[/B] in [B]Options bar[/B] and make smaller the copy’s layer. Its color is [B]#3BCDFE[/B]:

Click on [B]Add a layer style[/B] icon from bottom part of the [B]Layers panel[/B] and select [B]Inner Shadow[/B].
